The firms boutique nature, ensures that leadership is able to work with every investor individually, and provide the white-glove service that they seek, and the experience they are used to from their other private equity, hedge fund, and venture capital investments.
The roll will serve a critical role within the finance department by assisting with scheduling, organization and administrative tasks. Tasks will include tasks such as scheduling; reviewing, prioritizing and responding to emails; answering and returning phone calls; organizing documents; maintaining records; and taking notes at meetings. The dynamic nature of this role requires that the ideal candidate have exemplary time management skills and the ability to identify and anticipate the CFO’s needs.
The role must interact seamlessly and with a professional demeanor across a broad range of individuals including owners and senior management of various companies. To perform this job successfully, the individual is expected to handle highly sensitive and confidential financial, legal, personnel and institutional information while exercising professionalism and discretion. The role will also include assisting the CFO with personal tasks, primarily focused on managing the schedule between work and other outside responsibilities

Qualifications
- Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
- Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
- Must be a fan of the cannabis industry
- Excel GURU
- 1-2 years (finance a plus)
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
- Attention to detail and good judgement
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work with people at all levels within an organization
- Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees
