Spine/Interventional Pain Management Pa/Np

Sierra Pacific Orthopedics, the leading full-service orthopedic and spine group in the San Joaquin Valley, is seeking a full-time licensed PA/NP to add to our Spine/Interventional Pain Management specialty practice.

The candidate should be very motivated and subscribe to a philosophy of service excellence with both patients and other staff. This position will work predominantly in treating acute and chronic spinal injuries with a multidisciplinary approach that includes interventions, non-opioid medications, physical therapy, pain psychology, and complementary and alternative treatments, like yoga and acupuncture as well as home exercise programs. There is also a focus on joint pain. The physician with whom you will work offers a wide array of treatment options for his patients. This includes, but is not limited to, spinal injections; peripheral nerve blocks, ablation, and stimulation; spinal cord stimulation; and sympathetic nerve blocks. The position is clinic-based and no call is involved, but there will be situations where the practitioner may need to field patient calls outside of non-clinic hours. A background in Physical Medicine, Musculoskeletal Injuries or Primary Care would be valuable, but not essential, to the role.

Compensation: $48-$132/hr
