Stryker Electric is looking for individuals seeking a rewarding career as a Dispatcher Service Coordinator/Administrative Assistant.
About The Role
This position is Full-Time and located in our Palm City, FL office. Compensation is commensurate with experience, with an hourly rate between $16.00 to $18.00 with room to grow and expand plus company sponsored 401k plan, medical, dental, life & disability insurances, as well as paid vacation & holidays.

About The Role
This position is Full-Time and located in our Palm City, FL office. Responsibilities:
- Dispatch Service Techs, one call at a time.
- Tasks will include billing, data entry, composing quotes, answering phones, dispatching service technicians
- Prepare paperwork for all manufacturer warranty parts.
- Contact customers with "parts pending" status as parts are received for scheduling.
- Rotating On Call for After Hours ER calls
- Create work orders for all service calls, maintain the dispatch board and filing system.
- Schedule and coordinate all demand service calls as they are received.
- Schedule return trips with customers when parts are in, maintain on-call schedule for Service Techs and the customer database with current information, while performing the following duties.
- Debrief call with Service Techs as they are completed and update database from each service ticket.
- Notify the Service Manager of any under or overbooking situations.
- Maintain the Service Techs daily schedules and dispatch the techs as service calls are needed.
- Experience with Computer Ease accounting software is a plus, but not required
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Candidate must possess excellent computer skills including all Microsoft Office products including Excel and Word
