The Director of Supply Chain will develop, oversee, and continually improve the Shake Shack's International Supply Chain vision and strategy. This role will create, maintain and continually evolve the systems, tactics, infrastructure, and work environment to support the business goals of our Licensed Partners and Shake Shack standards including but not limited to safe, secure, wholesome foods delivered at the lowest possible total cost.
Support Culinary initiatives including collaborative menu and product innovation that delivers enhanced guest experience, guest traffic, profitability, and operational efficiency
Ensure that all ingredients and suppliers required to execute Culinary initiatives are approved and catalogued
Maintain key relationships with all internal and external stakeholders to facilitate, trust, performance, and status of the brand
Identify critical products and validate new sources of supply to reduce risk to the brand and leverage scale through growth. Determine risk versus reward of local sourcing versus exporting products
S upport Licensed Partners to insure that Brand standards are maintained throughout an efficient and safe supply chain
Support team members in the execution of their job by removing obstacles to their success and providing the required tools required
QUALIFICATIONS
8 years in multi-unit National Chain restaurant supply chain
3 years of international supply chain experience in franchised food service industry
Skilled communicator, negotiator, team leader
Experienced in a multi-cultural business environment
Pay Range - $141,550.00 - $192,050.00
