Insurance Director of Product Development - Remote
Seeking a Insurance Director of Product Management to lead a product launches from product development thru product launch. This position reports directly to the Vice President of Marketing. The successful candidate will be responsible for development and implementation of strategic marketing product launch plans within the employee benefits space. We are looking for a Director is customer focused, while having the ability to lead, motivate, and develop staff, and professional development of their team.
Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to think strategically, plan, and launch multiple, complex projects.
• Strong knowledge of multimedia technology and digital marketing tools, including Adobe Creative Suite, Mailchimp, SharePoint, and intermediate HTML.
• Experience in corporate internal communications.
• 5-7 years working of Product Development in an agency, healthcare, or consulting environment.
