The Traits & Characteristics of Our Ideal Candidate

  • Goal Oriented - You are not afraid to stretch to meet and exceed goals. You measure everything to satisfy yourself (not just your CEO) and know where you are at any given time on any given project. Deadlines are important to you. You deliver on-time and on-budget in a fast-paced environment as a rule and take pride in it!
  • Nimble & Efficient – You can multi-task effectively. Juggling several projects and working with various stakeholders at one time is just what you do!
  • Sleeves-Rolled Leader – You can think strategically about the achievement of overall business goals one minute and get deep into the weeds to solve a problem the next. You know when to delegate but are also not afraid to jump into do whatever it takes to get the job done.
  • Continuous Learner - You will be doing something new every day. You have a passion and excitement for learning about all things, including the inner workings of a startup.
  • Process Driven - You can take something that is unstructured (or that doesn’t yet exist) and build a process or structure around it.
  • Trail Blazer – You are not afraid of a high degree of ownership; in fact, you thrive on it! The opportunity to improve a function, or drive real change, is exactly what you are looking for.
