Director of Technology
Location: This position will work a hybrid model (remote and office). The ideal candidate will live within 50 miles of one of our Elevance Health PulsePoint locations.
The Director of Technology is responsible for driving the strategy & delivery of the Clinical AI suite of products including clinical modeling and population health reporting.
How You Will Make An Impact

• Establishes business objectives and integrates operational plans.
• Directs multiple work functions/applications or major projects/programs with broad scope and strategic business impact.
• Ensures disaster recovery and business continuity plans are implemented, monitored, and updated on a recurring basis.
• Establishes and maintains collaborative relationships with key business partners.
• Develops Technology Plan and Forecast for an enterprise application, enterprise-wide tool, infrastructure, or a center or domain that is equivalent in scope and complexity, and/or manages day-to-day operations for a major portion of a functional area or department.
• Align priorities with clinical stakeholders across lines of business and set expectations around the delivery of the product roadmap.
• Hires, trains, coaches, counsels, mentors, and evaluates the performance of direct reports.
• Communicate accomplishments and business value to senior business and IT leaders.
• Negotiates the resolution of intra-organizational issues in the balanced best interests of the business.
• Interfaces with key Information Technology (IT) solution partners; develops strategies and facilitates performance measurement plans to optimize performance and outcomes.

Minimum Requirements
Requires a BA/BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field of study and a minimum of 7 years of IT management experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
Preferred Skills, Capabilities, And Experiences

• The demonstration of strong written and oral presentation skills is strongly preferred.
• Experience managing product roadmaps and development based on business priorities and value.
• The ability to manage across geographically diverse associates and vendor partners is strongly preferred.
• Prior health plan experience in data analytics and care management is strongly preferred.
• The ability to communicate and manage key stakeholder relationships.

For candidates working in person or remotely in the below locations, the salary* range for this specific position is $143,600 to $258,480.
Locations: California; Colorado; Nevada; Washington State; Jersey City, NJ; New York City, NY; Ithaca, NY and Westchester County, NY.
