Who is Glass Expanse?
Glad you asked. A few years ago, we got tired of the ho-hum nature of the window and door industry. People love their kitchens, bathrooms, and patios – why can't they love their glass doors?
So, we created a door and window system that makes people say, "I've been waiting all my life for this!"
Since 2017, we've built our products in Troy, TX, but we work with people all over Texas and the US. We call ourselves a premium door and window company, but we're much more than that. We lead the industry with unrivaled patented technology and treat our employees and customers like family.

What You’ll Do
Analysis & Strategy: You will be the driver of developing, forecasting, and implementing strategic initiatives, competitive reconnaissance and analysis, and overall sales plans for Glass Expanse.
Manage & Lead: Cultivate and maintain consistency and accountability across the Sales Dept.
Sales Process: Create and establish sales process. Identify and prioritize the sales productivity and efficiency of processes, systems, and platforms. Measure impacts and shift direction, as necessary.
Collaborate & Communication: Regularly liaise with Sales team, Marketing team, and management to understand recurring challenges facing the organization to determine optimal improvements to consider for reaching company goals. Communicate and train efficiently and effectively with Sales Teams.
Everything & Anything:There will be a wide assortment of standard and not-so-standard tasks that you may be expected to complete inside and outside the typical sales umbrella. There’s an entrepreneurial side to the role so that no task will be either above or beneath you or any other member of the Glass Expanse team.
What It Is Not:
We are not looking for fast-talking, like to shoot from the hip or a spur-of-the-moment pretender. We are looking for an individual who is skilled, competent professional with outstanding fundamentals focused on what they do best while delivering mind-blowing customer experience.
What you’ll need to succeed
Highly motivated professional with excellent interpersonal skills.
Elevated level of energy, drive, enthusiasm, initiative, commitment, and professionalism.
Self-starter with solid organizational and planning skills.
Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.) from four-year college or university; or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
It’d be great if you also had.
Experience in industry-specific trends and landscapes.
Experience with HubSpot
Strong Strategic mindset
Strong Marketing understanding
