We are seeking a highly experienced and data-driven Director of Student Recruitment who embodies our founders' vision of empowering students to achieve excellence and fulfill their maximum potential.You will be responsible for for building a successful recruiting and enrollment team.You will work closely with Roseman's Marketing and Communications unit to promote our renowned Colleges and Programs effectively, ensuring consistent brand promotion to prospective students.As a technology-savvy professional, you will utilize innovative tools and techniques to maximize student outreach efforts and improve recruitment efficiency.
This position is open for candidates at either our South Jordan, Utah or Henderson, Nevada campuses.

Founded in Henderson, Nevada, in 1999 with a College of Pharmacy, RUHS has experienced phenomenal growth and has expanded to include a College of Nursing (2006), a College of Dental Medicine (2007), and a College of Medicine (in development). What We Are Looking For

Your track record includes collecting, monitoring, and communicating trends to identify effective recruiting strategies and techniques. You have successfully utilized technology to maximize student outreach and improve recruitment efficiency, fostering collaboration among teams for optimal results. The successful candidate will demonstrate fiscal responsibility, effectively managing university resources and maximizing the value of recruitment activities through ROI analysis.
Minimum requirements include:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field, Master’s degree preferred or any combination of education and experience that provides the required skills and ability.
- Minimum of five years in university admissions and recruitment.
- Proficient in MS Office/systems (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- SIS (Anthology) and CRM proficiency preferred.
