Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Program Management leader to join the Streaming Product and Technology PMO at Televisa-Univison. Come join our team at ViX, a spanish-language streaming service that was voted AppleTV’s App Of the Year. This is a high-impact role where you will be responsible for PMO reporting, governance, and vendor management for an Agile PMO.

About You

In your role, you will be responsible for managing staffing vendors and partnering across the organization with legal, sourcing, and finance to set and execute a vendor management strategy aligned with overall business goals. You will also work to gather, analyze, and report on key projects, portfolio health, capital budgets, and process improvements. As a member of PMO leadership, you may be called upon to help manage technically complex cross-functional programs that contribute to our overall business strategy. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of agile project management methodologies, strong analytical skills, financial acumen, and familiarity with budgeting and business operations. Experience in a streaming tech organization is a must.

Your Day-day
  • Manage vendor relationships for Product and Tech staffing vendors, including soliciting and gathering feedback from engineering managers, administering and tracking budgets, creating standards for vendors, and assisting our finance and sourcing teams in selecting vendors and negotiating vendor contracts.
  • Gather data and facilitate reporting to senior leadership and stakeholders on portfolio status, process improvements, budgets, and efficiency metrics, enabling us to make better informed decisions.
  • Work across organizational boundaries to manage and track key projects that drive our business success.
  • Support the development, maintenance, and standardization of project management tools and documents, including driving user training and adoption standards.
  • Drive data-based decision making within the PMO by collecting and analyzing data on process health, roadmap items, and development costs. Work with the PMO leadership team to recommend improvements.
  • Partner with finance, PMO, and engineering leadership to build vendor budgets, track capitalization across the Product and Tech portfolio, monitor expenditures, and forecast resource needs across the group.
  • Act as a servant leader who crosses organizational boundaries and helps unlock others’ sense of autonomy, mastery, and purpose.
  • Work as a member of PMO leadership, which will include tracking and supporting departmental OKRs, documenting and managing risks to project delivery, and driving the adoption of agile best practices.

You Have

  • Strong financial management skills, with experience managing budgets and forecasting resource needs
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Communications, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field OR a Bachelor’s degree plus relevant professional experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced experience administering tools like JIRA and Confluence
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional teams, executive leadership, and stakeholders
  • At least 7 years of experience in program management, finance, or business analysis, with a track record of successfully delivering in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
  • Strong knowledge of agile portfolio management methodologies, tools, and processes, with experience implementing and improving them at scale.
  • Desired Certifications: CSM, SAFe Agilist + ScrumMaster, or PMI-ACP.

Eligibility Requirements
