Director Of Operations Jobs

We are seeking a Director of Operations to support our Canteen Vending Services facility in Lenexa, KS

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure all daily production targets are met and that all products meet company and client specifications
• Implements, plans, and schedules to assure achievement of the appropriate volume of production, ensuring the product meets targeted return on assets employed and contributes to sales and profits
• Ensure work area/departments are operated to agreed manning levels based on production targets and minimize overtime
• Monitors financial reports of the account to ensure budgetary compliance
• Experience achieving business growth objectives in rapid change and turnaround environments
• Ensure all employees are following company instructions/policies
• Develop key metrics for the departments to deliver commercial and operational outcomes, performance, and process improvement
• Identify opportunities to enhance yield recovery whilst maintaining specifications
• Inspect operations regularly to ensure compliance

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with multi-unit food service management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to deal effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels
• Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and P&L driven environment
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Strong track record of driving customer satisfaction
• Proven ability to mentor and develop team members
• Proven ability to manage large teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field, or equivalent related experience
