Job Description
We are currently seeking a Director of Operations who will play a crucial role in the growth and development of our organization and its expanding portfolio. This individual will be responsible for overseeing daily operations and driving value through the implementation of new business strategies. We seek a candidate who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and possesses a strategic mindset with a willingness to take a hands-on approach. Sales experience is a requirement for this position, and the successful candidate will have the opportunity for career advancement within the company, potentially transitioning to a VP of Ops/COO role.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Collaborates with other leadership team members to develop and implement plans for the organizational infrastructure of systems, processes, and personnel designed to spearhead the growth objectives of the organization
  • Spearhead the development, communication, and implementation of effective growth strategies and processes across assigned areas
  • Accountable for driving and achieving all business goals and objectives
  • Responsible for the measurement and effectiveness of all operational processes, internal and external for assigned groups. Provides timely, accurate and complete reports to the CFO and CEO on the operating condition of the company
  • Ability to demonstrate a high level of integrity, strong interpersonal skills, and put a strong emphasis on responsibility and accountability
  • Foster a success-oriented, collaborative, accountable environment within the company


Job Qualifications/ Required Skills and Abilities:


  • Problem analysis and problem resolution at both a strategic and functional level.
  • Must have excellent verbal and communication skills and be able to create effective, concise, written biweekly reporting
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Minimum 5-10 years of experience at a senior level in a fast-paced, growth environment;
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred in a technical or business discipline
  • ERP software experience
  • Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks
