A “Day in the Life” of the Director of Operations

The Director of Operations will help lead the back-office operations for the entire country. It is accountable for the success of key corporate operational areas of the organization. Getting the corporate operations into world-class shape and leading a team of Managers will fill each day. Each day the Director of Operations will work with an incredible team.

Core Tactics

• Lead all administrative efforts for the company’s high-performing 1099 sales team
• Champion the Real Estate & Facilities department which administers all office and apartment leases nationwide
• Create and implement a workforce plan that aligns with the company's goals and values
• Additional leadership and hands-on responsibilities as needed
• Lead the team of functional managers for key corporate operational areas
• Offer strategic guidance and insight based on past experiences to aid in the growth of the company
• Communicate operational performance for each key business unit to senior leadership
• Lead the IT department into world-class shape
• Build, train, and mentor a diverse team of corporate operational professionals
• Oversee the Fleet and SII (Safety, Insurance, and Incidents), while producing data-driven recommendations on improving efficiency, and how to best leverage company assets
