Salary: $92,000-$110,000 depending on experience.

As the Director of Membership, you will play a crucial role in growing and strengthening this community of diverse professionals. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to attract and retain members.

The Role:

• Develop and implement membership recruitment and retention strategies to achieve membership growth and engagement goals.
• Monitor and report on membership metrics to inform strategy and drive decision-making.
• Provide regular reporting on membership data, including annual goals and membership revenue.
• Collaborate with the marketing, new business, and communications teams to create compelling messaging and materials that highlight the benefits of membership.
• Create and identify opportunities for collaboration that enhance membership benefits.

The Ideal Candidate:

• 10+ years of experience in membership management roles at a non-profit, trade association, or organization.
• Proven track record of managing budgets and delivering results.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with members and stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience working with diverse communities and a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing membership recruitment and retention strategies.
