About the Role:
Blend Community Ambassadors support our members in powerful personal transformation by joining our Blend Executive Community. The Ambassador’s focus is to introduce new members to the network highlighting the unique benefits and opportunities or offer.
Membership is key to driving a powerful personal transformation for business leaders through our group-based experiences to unpack challenges, foster deep connections, and accelerate members’ leadership capacity by providing a confidential and supportive space to brainstorm, problem-solve, strategize, and recharge in the company of trusted equals. This is delivered through our AI powered online platform, mobile app and a mix of virtual and physical meet ups.
Responsibilities:
- Occasionally invite prospects to member events as part of their journey to becoming Blend members.
- Conduct thorough research to identify new market opportunities and members.
- Make use of your existing contacts and relationships by inviting them to become part of the community.
- Build and foster strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and being a positive brand ambassador for the Blend community.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process
- Meet and exceed sales targets and goals, demonstrating exceptional sales performance
- Engage in outbound calls to prospective members and present Blends Membership offering
Requirements:
- Strong negotiation and closing skills to secure deals and drive sales growth
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, taking ownership of sales initiatives
- High degree of motivation, ambition, and self-discipline to achieve desired results
- Familiarity with sales performance metrics to track and measure progress
- Experience in lead generation and management, utilizing various channels for prospecting
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to engage and connect with c-level executives with ease.
- Proven sales experience, preferably in the technology, coaching or executive engagement industries.
Compensation: This position is commission-only based. Sales Representatives will have the opportunity to earn a competitive commission ranging from 10% to 20% of the membership fee.
On average, successful membership sale sales can yield commissions of approximately $500 per member. We provide a platform to enhance your sales skills and empower you to maximise your earning potential – this is uncapped in earning potential and ambassadors would be expected to onboard 1+ member per week.
