ONEflight needs an experienced high-performing Director of Marketing to join our team at ONEflight International. This position will work directly for the CEO to create and execute the Company’s overall marketing strategy by bringing new and creative ideas to the table. Eligible candidates must reside in Denver, CO, as this is an office-based position. What you bring to this Position:

Implement highly effective strategies and tactics that cut costs and boost sales in both B2B and B2C sectors. You have proven track record of analyzing and identifying opportunities to optimize customer acquisition and retention strategies.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Regularly review and analyze the company’s marketing strategy's success through data analytics, report on the insights gained, and make necessary adjustments to drive the continued success of the company’s marketing program and site traffic.
- Manage and be responsible for the company’s marketing spend and report on ROI metrics.
- Implement marketing plans, strategies, product concepts, and promotional programs to drive interest and sales.
- Responsible for working with and managing outside agencies or influencers that the Company engages with to launch a marketing strategy; hold them accountable to KPIs and consistent improvements to our strategy.
- Launch marketing campaigns, including design, result analysis, and recommendations.
- Digital Marketing, Design, specialty, and Direct mail campaigns.
- Conduct and analyze marketing research and use the findings to develop and implement the company’s overall marketing strategy. Work to analyze and optimize new member onboarding funnels to reduce cost for acquisition or scale new member acquisitions.
- Formulate and execute the company’s marketing strategy across Google, Facebook, Instagram & any other viable platforms.
- Manage website updates and changes.
- Work with the CEO & Executive VP of Sales to execute all aspects of the Company’s marketing strategy, including the development of the strategy and concepts, creating content, and leveraging multiple marketing platforms, including social, influencer, affiliate/paid search, and digital.
Qualifications
- Experience working with Creators/Influencers on social platforms is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Must be highly analytical.
- Master’s Degree (MBA) preferred; BA required.
- Minimum of 7- 10 years of marketing experience; experience working within a marketing agency is highly preferred with evidence of data-driven customer/aviation acquisition expertise.
- Experience with Google AdWords or other forms of paid search marketing.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and problem solve.
- Comfortable with ambiguity in a fast paced industry.
- Highly organized and detail oriented.
- Aviation experience preferred
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
Base Salary: $163,200 to $187,200
