In this critical and highly visible role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive brand strategies to enhance our company's leadership, presence, and reputation as the #1 worldwide brand in OLED TV. Here you will lead a team of talented professionals and collaborate closely with cross-functional departments to drive the successful execution of brand initiatives. The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of consumer behavior, market trends, and possess extremely strong leadership and strategic thinking skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of brand marketers, providing guidance, coaching, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, including media partners, agencies, and influencers, to enhance brand visibility and collaborations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, channel, and creative teams, to align brand initiatives with business goals.
  • Monitor and evaluate brand performance metrics, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize strategies and identify areas for improvement.
  • Conduct market research and analyze consumer insights to identify opportunities for brand growth and market positioning.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing technologies to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Develop and execute the overall brand strategy, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels and touchpoints.
  • Manage the brand marketing budget and allocate resources effectively to maximize return on investment.
  • Maintain brand consistency in all external and internal communications, ensuring that messaging aligns with brand values and positioning.
  • Oversee the creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, leveraging various channels such as digital, social media, print, and events.
  • Be the steward of the brand's visual identity, messaging, content and relaying the consumer value proposition.

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Deep knowledge of branding principles, marketing strategies, and consumer behavior.
  • 10+ years in brand marketing, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus.
  • Creative mindset and ability to think outside the box to drive innovative marketing solutions.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing successful brand campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Proficiency in utilizing marketing tools and platforms for analytics, campaign management, and reporting.
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities, with a track record of building high-performing teams.
