Job Summary
Connected Investors offers an online platform that connects consumers to real estate investing opportunities and other real estate investors who provide private funding for off market deals. They offer a centralized platform & mobile app displaying all types of real estate-based investments. Within the marketplace, members can access real estate investments provided by: Banks, hedge funds, property locators and more.
Directs and manages the operations of Connected Investors. Creates and leads the marketing strategy for this a direct-to -consumer and direct-response fast paced environment. Participates in developing, interpreting, and implementing policies and procedures for the organization. Establishes and grows the organization in collaboration with product, technology, marketing and sales. Instills the notion within all employees at all levels of the organization that the business unit’s primary goal is to provide the highest quality service possible to all our customers.
Essentials Functions
- Identifies relevant key industry partners to work with and participates in strategic sales and marketing plans and presentations
- Confers with Executive Management regarding Business Unit requirements and solutions; facilitates the resolution of problems and the development of new initiatives.
- Contributes to the overall quality of Connected Investors by developing work teams and by reviewing, recommending, and implementing improved policies and procedures
- Analyze key relevant metrics from campaigns (advertising) and make decisions to improve ROI
- Translate marketing/sales vision into an executable marketing/campaign plan
- Directs and develops the implementation of goals, objectives, and work standards, as well as policies and procedures which comply with regulatory and statutory guidelines, rules, and standards.
- Communicates team marketing information to relevant parts of the organization
- Create business development opportunities internally with First American and in the external real estate industry
- Authorizes projects, sets priorities, approves designs, and cost estimates for projects and business initiatives.
- Plans, organizes, administers, reviews, and evaluates the activities of professional, technical, and office support staff through subordinate managers and supervisors.
- Develops, coordinates, and provides for overall administration of annual and strategic goals. Manages team to hit key milestones and deadlines.
- Develops goals and strategies to increase industry presence and market share.
Knowledge and Skills/Technology Used
- Demonstrated success with meeting the needs of a wide range of employees while driving team performance, monitoring results and appropriately allocating resources
- Progressive experience in leading employees in multiple locations, and significant experience developing and implementing solutions
- Proven track record of leading large, complex projects or business initiatives with multiple stakeholders and driving organizational change
- Experience with copywriting strategy that gets results, email marketing, sales presentations, webinar designs, events and seminars
- Results oriented with strong time management and project management skills, and must be highly organized and driven to succeed
- Demonstrated competency in creating and executing on strategic plans for a direct-to-consumer business.
- Possesses and applies comprehensive knowledge of principles, practices, and procedures to the successful execution of multiple complex projects
- Strong experience and knowledge of functional tools such as ClickFunnels, Infusionsoft, Graphly, Webinar Jam, Monday.com, Whimsical, Wistia/Vidalytics & MS Suite
- Possesses strong problem solving, collaboration, critical thinking, team building, and presentation skills
- Communication skills including structure and design of a persuasive presentation
- Strong leadership skills, leading by example, driving employee commitment through actions, and empowering employees to reach their full potential
Typical Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Advanced degree preferred
Typical Range of Experience
- 12+ years demonstrated experience managing complex cross functional units or groups
- Strong SaaS background would add a unique, fresh perspective
- Able to build, read & interpret critical KPIs
- Experience with digital marketing/advertising background
Salary Range: $94,200.00 - $219,800
This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
