Director of Client Services – Fully Onsite in San Diego, CA – $100k-125k Base DOE

Who You Are:


  • Detail oriented and organized with an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills
  • 5+ years in employee benefits, including 2+ years in a leadership role


What You'll Do:


  • Partner with small and mid-sized businesses to support their employee benefits offerings
  • Lead, mentor, and coach a team of 3 Client Relations Managers
  • Lead weekly team meetings and participate actively in Executive level strategic meetings

What does this position pay?


Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location. The expected range for this role is $100,000 to $125,000 per year. Please note this range is an estimate, and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
