Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and leadership to finance and accounting teams
• Manage day-to-day finance and accounting operations
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure best practices and compliance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial objectives are aligned with overall business objectives
• Oversee financial reporting and regulatory compliance
• Drive business growth and profitability through strategic financial planning and analysis
• Implement and maintain financial systems and controls to improve efficiency, accuracy, and transparency

Requirements:

• Expertise in financial reporting and regulatory compliance
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills
• Experience with financial planning and analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• 10+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or related field, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, or work experience equivalent
• CPA or other relevant certification preferred
