Financial Director

Gotion is looking for an overseas finance director to take the responsibility for overseas company finances. The candidate will be responsible for using their expertise to analyze and interpret finance company data, perform various functions of the finance department from various dimensions such as accounting, financial control, fund management, project finance, tax planning, fundraising and financing management, provide accurate financial data for management decision making, explore the potential of increasing revenue and reducing expenses, rationalize Use funds, strengthen fund management, do cost accounting, project ROI analysis, and ensure the achievement of the company's investment targets and profit indicators. Complete the work requirements of HQ Finance and then relate them to potential business trends and issues. The candidate will use their professional analysis and insights to communicate valuable information to the company's leadership to assist management in decision making.

Responsibilities

· Prepare financial statements and budget and analyze variances.

· Prepare, maintain, and analyze the financial reporting and general ledger system.

· Build up financial team and improve project accounting systems.

· Manage Financing, M&A projects, tax plan, audits, and risk control.

· Ensure proper accounting and business controls are in place to safeguard company assets.

· Research and analyze financial reports of competitors, and market trends to provide insightful information to aid in company’s long-term and short-term decision making.

· Support and Lead the ERP launch project together with HQ IT department as Finance department leader, Monitor the ERP monthly closing.

· The Monthly Finance closing and reporting, make sure that the accounting reporting B&S/P&L/Cash flow /management reporting aligned with the IFRS GAAP request.

Qualifications:

• University degree, bachelor degree in accounting, finance or finance related major, master degree or above is preferred

• More than 3years experience in financial analysis and business model financial analysis

• Fluent in English and Chinese (English can be used as daily working language)

• More than 3 years of overseas study or work experience, more than 3 years of working experience in financial officer, experience in Big Four accounting firms is preferred

• Extensive practical experience in accounting (general ledger /FP&A reporting/budget planning/project control), tax compliance and auditing

• Familiar with IFRS and local GAAP

• Familiar with ERP system (Oracle or SAP)

• Self-starting programs that can analyze, prioritize, and execute in high-stress environments

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and the ability to quickly manipulate and analyze large data sets and generate reports

• Must have a positive attitude and ability to adapt to changes in workload and job requirements

• Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills required to establish collaborative working relationships with cross-functional teams
