Director Of Business Development

As an employee number 4 in a new venture to innovate in the consumers dining experience space, the right candidate must have food service and restaurant experience. The selected candidate will be responsible for building relationships with restaurants, chefs, and the local community. The job requires an entrepreneurial individual, with tenacity to win, initiative-taking, great communicator and organized.

On a routine basis, the candidate will formulate the

strategy and transformations needed and research a path to bring on partners.

The job and venture carry risk like any other venture, but it is rooted in the

key issues in the current state and a right solution will bring a step change

in the dining experience.

The right candidate will have 3-5 years of restaurant

experience, corporate and/or venture experience and a solid footprint of

success. A bachelor’s degree is necessary, in Liberal arts, Marketing/business

or STEM.

compensation is $100k per year. minimum benefits at

the start, and equity based on the skill and impact.
