Company Overview

Dynatech International LLC is a rapidly growing global supply chain management company serving the defense and aerospace industry. It supports military operators and MROs with parts, repair management services, and customized logistics services for the sustainment of legacy aircraft, engines, and ground support equipment. The company is in Palm Bay, FL.


Position Description

Experienced Director of international business development with a minimum of a ten years demonstrated history of working in the Aerospace & Defense (A&D) industry, international and domestic U.S. Require experience in international business development, commercial sales of component A&D product parts, Foreign Military Sales, customer relationship building, and proposals. Dynatech International is a supply chain partner for the defense and aerospace industry, working with our clients to maintain and sustain critical platforms and equipment. Experience required in the areas of 3rd party logistics and supply chain, developing customers and selling aftermarket defense product components. Experience with selling defense product, equipment rotatable pools a plus. The right candidate has an excellent ability to work with international and domestic customers, build a robust pipeline, develop strategic markets, execute on strategies, develop business partnerships, and grow sales. Prior experience in Asian and European markets required. Graduate degree highly desired. Competitive base salary and significant bonus commission structure. The ideal candidate will direct the business development activities of the organization and drive the sales business. They play a key role in the company and in the generation of new business. This individual will also be responsible for managing marketing and customer service activities.


Primary Responsibilities

  • Fill a BD pipeline and mature the capture process for new opportunities.
  • Brief corporate leadership on BD roadmaps and sales status.
  • Develop a country-by-country growth roadmap and BD plan.
  • Work with other members of the BD and sales team to win new business.
  • Aggressively close on new business sales opportunities.
  • Work with sourcing and sales employees, and customer account managers.
  • Provide feedback to company leadership on sales related topics.
  • Manage strategy and operations for marketing and customer relations activities.
  • Plan and coordinate the penetration of new markets.
  • Manage sales functions of the business.


Experience, Knowledge, and Skill Requirements

  • Demonstrated track record of increasing revenue through generation of leads.
  • Proven track record of building a significant sustainable backlog of business in the $25M annual revenue and meaningful returns in the 30%+ range.
  • Graduate degree highly desired
  • Strong knowledge of working with in country representatives and growing business with these partners
  • Experience working with private equity owned company a plus.
  • Ability to aggressively pursue identified and existing markets.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
