Job Description

Role/Title: Director of Brand Strategy

Location: Philadelphia or Boston

Salary Range: up to 130k

Onsite/remote/hybrid: Hybrid

Clutch is looking for a Director of Brand Strategy for a client of ours.


Responsibilities:

  • Strategic lead on key client engagements
  • Nurture current client and new business growth
  • Engage and build brands across all channels
  • Mentor Senior Brand Strategist and Business Leaders
  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams
  • Simplify complex information
  • Utilize innovative approaches to identify, assemble and analyze data
  • Generate actionable insights
  • Inspire and recognize creative ideas
  • Develop and evolve strategy practice with VP/Brand Strategy


Required skills:

  • Utilize research to prioritize and profile target audiences
  • Experience in designing, facilitating and analyzing primary research
  • 6-10 years of experience
  • Inquisitive and insightful into human behavior
  • Healthcare experience


Must be able to work in the Philadelphia or Boston area and have the required skills to be considered for this role.
