Job Description
Ocean Spray is hiring for an Associate Brand Manager, Innovation on our Commercial team! We're an iconic brand and a farmer-owned cooperative. Position location: This is a remote role.
A Day in The Life of an Associate Brand Manager, Innovation:
  • Building business plans to secure resources to support new platform creation.
  • Create a unique and dynamic environment with a positive and fun culture in our organization.
  • Support learning plan development to answer the most critical Consumer questions, creating a deep understanding of our Consumers’ needs and wants for optimal product design.
  • This role will focus on supporting the development and execution of 3+ year innovation pipeline to accelerate the growth of Ocean Spray USA and future proof the cooperative.
  • Charter and lead 2+ new projects/year, leading end-to-end from strategy to execution. Working directly with cross-functional teams and agency partners to execute projects that deliver meaningful value.
  • Manage project budgets and reporting, coordinating with the full cross functional team
  • Lead/participate in development and execution of marketing strategies including positioning and communication.
  • Lead quarterly business reporting and ongoing category and competitive assessments.
  • Build brand equity-led guardrails to inform new product development
What You Will Need
  • An insatiable appetite for bringing new ideas to life and driving their growth.
  • Demonstrated analytical and strategic thinking skills. Ability to stretch from “big picture” perspective to smaller details.
  • Bachelor’s Degree required; Master's Degree Preferred
  • 3+ Years of relevant experience
  • Effective communication and presentation skills
  • Understanding of Financial P&L
  • Proven ability to effectively manage multiple projects in a complex, dynamic and sometimes ambiguous environment
  • Agile mindset with ability to multitask and willingness to roll-up your sleeves to support the brand.
  • Drive for results and follow-through. On-time and accurate project management with clear and timely communication to management and key stakeholders.
  • Comfort contributing technically and to the broader business discussion across multiple organizational levels.
  • Technical and business curiosity.
  • Strong collaboration with a demonstrated ability to lead cross functional teams. Value and respect for all team members.

Remote Roles
Base Salary Range: $76,800 ‐ $105,500
