We’re looking for a Director of Brand Growth to help us attract new members of the Parlay House global community. This crucial team member will report directly to the Chief Relationship Officer and interact with the Founder on an ongoing basis in order to design strategy and lead the implementation of our business-building initiatives.

Parlay House is redefining the concept of community in ways that strengthen and lift us all. The Director of Brand Growth will take responsibility for formulating, producing and publishing our content, including conceptualization, writing, editing and proofing as well as overseeing the work of others. They will manage multiple team members who are assigned to their tasks and will interface directly with other communications specialists within our organization.


Our ideal candidate is a growth-minded content connoisseur with a proven track record of growing email lists and/or online communities. They are also an expert in social media who is creative, strategic and analytical.

Our Director of Brand Growth will have hands-on experience in content marketing, including web publishing, SEO and web traffic metrics and content management systems. They will also be a great communicator, both verbally and in writing, and detail-oriented down to their bones. They are as comfortable working closely with us as they are working productively on their own (depending on the assignment) and they welcome opportunities to bring new ideas to us as we grow.


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Ensuring all content is on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality and tone of voice.
  • Ensure emails and posts follow industry policies and best practices
  • Building an integrated content calendar
  • Optimizing content considering SEO and Google Analytics and setting measurable goals.
  • Providing quality control for emails (ensuring clarity, tone, grammar and accuracy) and making sure templates are mobile-friendly Ensure prompt and accurate communication with members via email to minimize unsubscribes
  • Upgrading our communications in terms of graphics, personalization and advanced features
  • Providing editorial, creative and technical support to team members.
  • Collaborating with and managing the social media and intern teams to integrate and synchronize all content. (Objectives are to create awareness and drive membership)
  • Analyzing campaign performance and web traffic metrics and adjusting messaging/channels accordingly.
  • Create, manage, and execute a cross-platform master content strategy including
  • Generating ideas to increase customer engagement.
  • Establishing the workflow for requesting, creating, editing, and publishing content


  • Daily and Weekly Newsletters
  • Related and repurposed content for multiple platforms, such as websites, email marketing, product descriptions, videos, and blogs
  • Email marketing campaigns to identify target audience and grow list
  • In person and digital event email campaigns
  • Community outreach email campaigns
  • Oversee the creation and publishing of all company content including:
  • Podcast promotion and email campaigns
  • Digital event summaries and takeaways

This is a full-time role with an annual salary of $90k-100k plus benefits based on proven experience.


The position is remote, and while that provides some schedule flexibility, you will be required to meet weekly with the greater team and have weekly meetings with your manager. USA based candidates only.
