POSITION SUMMARY
The Staffing Director will be responsible for leading and managing the US Staffing Team.
This position is accountable for delivery strategy, team structure, process compliance management, and overall staffing operations.
This role requires a strong leader with a strategic mindset who can identify areas of opportunity to be best in class and allow the agency to provide an unparalleled quality of staff delivery. The Agency is proud to have a people-first mindset.
This role must support an approach that sees their teams build authentic relationships with their field staff, supporting employee attraction and retention through upskilling, culture, and reward. their operations are underpinned by technology that allows us to level up event staffing.
This role must embrace this approach, ensuring this sentiment is driven throughout the Staffing function as a whole. This position will work closely with CST leadership to ensure robust and high-quality delivery of staffing solutions for their clients, proactively identifying any areas of challenge and collaborating on solutions.
This role will establish recruitment goals/strategies and work with the marketing dept. To deliver marketing/advertising campaigns and partner with payroll and information technology staff to create/ensure integrated processes for scheduling/staffing and payroll functions.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Leads, trains, problem-solve, and manages daily responsibilities of the US Staffing team.
• Provides strategic leadership to the staffing function, driving fulfillment and high quality.
• Assign staffing Managers to projects, ensuring guarantee across all clients and programmers, ensuring team members are working at the correct capacity (neither too high nor too low)
• Effectively communicates expectations and holds US Staffing teams accountable for job responsibilities.
• Responsible for keeping the US Activity Calendar and CST Resource Tool up to date.
• Assists MD with weekly CST resource communication to greater US and Global teams.
• Acts as a Liaison to Global operations in implementing staffing and operations changes.
• Works closely with SMT on issues arising from client servicing and program compliance.
• The key decision maker in the interview process of new hires within the staffing department.
• Works closely with Senior Staffing Manager on training and development of staffing team.
• Working with their markets to support global projects as and when required.
• Responsible for the overall achievement and delivery of key performance indicators within the department.
• Promotes individual professional growth and development by meeting requirements for mandatory training and skills competency; supports department-based goals that contribute to the organization's success; serves as preceptor, mentor, and resource to less experienced staff.
• Other duties as assigned.
SUPERVISION
· This position will lead a team of employees assigned to the staffing team.
QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS
Education:
· High School Diploma or Equivalent
· Bachelor's Degree or Higher Strongly Preferred
Experience:
• 5+ years of Customer Service
• 5+ years of Sales Experience
• 5+ years in a Managerial Role

• Capacity to handle multiple projects, deadlines, and complex tasks in a fast-paced setting, with attention to detail, persistence, and follow-through.
• Prioritize client growth efforts in line with long-term scale opportunities.
• Understanding client business and marketing objectives and how to measure impact through activation KPIs to generate real insight.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent computer/software skills using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint), Salesforce, Asana & SharePoint. • Strong verbal and written communication.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable with talking on the phone and the ability to carry on a business conversation with decision-makers.
