Agency Operations Manager Jobs

The Agency Operations Manager is responsible for the overall branch advisor recruiting and office operations.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Support the recruiting effort and target recruiting goals by generating a candidate pipeline

Conduct initial recruiting discussions with potential candidates, interview, extend and review contract agreements and compensation arrangements, and onboarding advisors

Develop a comprehensive recruiting content strategy for multiple recruiting platforms

Create and maintain up to date recruiting content relevant for all candidates across all websites

Serve as the primary point of content for all sourcing strategies and candidate inquiries from all social media channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)

Build candidate focused social media profile and local brand awareness for Futurity First

Provide agency and advisor marketing assistance as needed

Provide assistance and support for branch office with all operational functions, training and best practices for field advisors

Participate with annual goal setting, including revenue and recruiting goals based upon sales projections and annual marketing or business plans for the Field Office
