Job Description

An estimated 36 million patients in the US report having
symptoms of Dry Eye Disease (DED) and
approximately 17 million patients have been diagnosed.
Though DED is one of the most common reasons a
patient visits an eye care professional (ECP), under 2
million patients are treated with a prescription

DED, a significant unmet need exists. At Novartis we
are reimagining medicine to address some of society’s
most challenging healthcare issues. We discover and
develop breakthrough treatments and find new ways to
deliver them to as many people as possible.

  • Drive best in class digital marketing strategies that align to brand goals and improve business results while ensuring digital plans are appropriately implemented and optimized.
  • Translate in market data signals to actions that lead to behaviour change
  • Leverage experience and expertise to build brand-specific end to end HCP and patient domain expertise, to advise the go to market approach that drives customer (HCP and patient) behavior change and market performance
  • Drive excellence in developing program assets through domain expertise to enable adaptation across the end-end experience, partnering closely with the Customer Experience Planning and Optimization team
  • Support alignment and coordination of field strategy with Customer Engagement
  • Foster a strong team that proactively and effectively interfaces across key functions to achieve the product strategies and objectives
