Crispy Green Inc., a leader in the healthy fruit snacks sector with an 19-year record of success, and an NJBIZ 2021 Business of the Year finalist, is currently seeking Marketing Assistant to join our high-energy, diverse, and collegial team based in Fairfield, NJ, a group that works hard and has fun together.

A Marketing Assistant to assist the marketing team in all areas including digital marketing, customer service, website, product sampling and events.

• Working knowledge of social media (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)
• Social Media assistance
• Maintain Partner Portal
• Effective problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail
• Provide support to Marketing department
• Good computer skills and proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; working knowledge of Canva
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
• Marketing materials inventory and management
• Inquiry database maintenance
• Assist with event logistics
• Demonstrated ability to plan the work, prioritize, multi-task and work in a fast-paced office setting
• Customer service
• Minimum 6 months of prior office work experience. Work experience in CPG/Food sales industry and/or Marketing support preferred; experience with content creation preferred
• Proven interpersonal skills and verbal and written communication skills
• Product and sample fulfillment
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and proactively, and also as a team member
• Website and digital platform coordination
• Oversee donations

Total compensation includes performance-related bonus, comprehensive medical/dental/Rx programs as well as long-term disability and life insurance, paid time off, and 401(k) and Cash Balance retirement plans.
