Executive Director, NUBEQA Marketing Strategy Lead

In Bayer’s Pharmaceuticals division, we focus on researching, developing, and marketing specialty-focused innovative medicines that provide significant clinical benefit and value, primarily in the therapeutic areas of cardiology, oncology, gynecology, hematology and ophthalmology. Your Tasks And Responsibilities

The primary responsibilities of this role, Executive Director, NUBEQA Marketing Strategy Lead , are to:

• Responsibility for promoting commercial rigor in delivering prioritization strategies for the brand and ensuring up-to-date commercial evaluations of assigned brand indications.
• Ensures effective monitoring of Launch Readiness for the assigned launch brand indication, across key countries and also for the Regional Marketing Organizations;
• Ensures effective development and implementation of market and commercial strategies for existing and forthcoming indications, including delivery and execution of high quality commercialization plans. Working closely with the Market Access Team and Medical Core Team to ensure strategic alignment;
• Partners with IPT Lead (Integrated Product Team) to develop business strategy for the brand, including responsibility for global positioning, pre-launch disease strategy, branded messaging platform, patient and customer segmentation and global labelling strategy for assigned launch brand indication;
• Leads consolidation and interpretation of market understanding of the brand therapeutic landscape along the value chain;
• Overall responsibility for coordinating country input into the strategy, ensuring insight driven Global Brand Plan ensuring country operational marketing activities support global brand strategies;
• Works with IPT Lead to provide commercial direction to Research and Development via input into the long range forecasting process;

Required Qualifications:

• Combination of applicable experience/education will be considered;
• Launch experience required;
• Demonstrated cross-functional Leadership Capabilities, including: delivering clarity of strategic direction and personal conviction, drive for results, and delivery through others.
• Excellent Communication Skills; Written and Verbal English Language;
• Minimum: BS or BA;
• Operational Sales / Marketing experience;
• International/Global Strategic Brand Management;

Preferred Qualifications:

• At least 12 years of industry experience preferred;
• PhD, MBA, or advanced degree preferred;
• Oncology Experience with an emphasis in prostate cancer or Breast Cancer, preferred.
