HCT seeks an experienced Director of Human Resources at a 150+ bed hospital in Oklahoma. The Director's responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

• Managing the hospital’s Human Resources including employee benefits, employment and recruitment, labor relations, worker’s compensation and staff education,
• Representing the hospital collective bargaining and related functions as the primary liaison with all labor representatives,

REQUIREMENTS:

• Certifications: PHR, SPHR, CHCR or other comparable certification desirable
• Education: Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS) required; Master's degree required
• Computer Skills: familiarity of Human Resource information systems (EPIC) and skills in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership experience in Human Resources and Employee Health; recent experience in an acute care setting; knowledge of The Joint Commission’s requirements (i.e., turnover, staff competency, etc.); excellent communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills; ability to manage conflict and prioritize and coordinate multiple projects.

All expenses are covered while on assignment including housing, airfare, transportation, meal allowance and trips home during the assignment.

Pay Range: $156,000 - $165,000 annually, depending on experience, education, and location.
