OSU Jobs System processes may include the following:\ \ - Answer general inquiries from departmental staff, employees, and applicants\ - Research solutions and obtain accurate information\ - Review and post job vacancies online\ - Administer the background check program and complete new hire background checks\ - Verify job descriptions are updated\ - Review offer letters\ - Provide quality customer service and administrative support regarding the OSU Jobs System\ - Assist with a variety of other projects\ \ To be successful, the individual will need to possess excellent people skills, maintain accurate records, work in close team environment, adapt to frequent changes, and enjoy helping others find their fit at OSU.\ \ The ability to maintain highly sensitive and confidential information is required.
