We're looking for a top-notch, hands-on keyboard, Digital Media Manager with strong experience in the agency and digital media worlds to help us create, manage, and scale our client’s Google Ads campaigns.

Brandtailers is an award-winning, full-service agency based in Newport Beach. We’ve been providing marketing and advertising solutions for over 30 years. We work primarily with large-chain restaurant brands to help increase their online sales and in-restaurant foot traffic through paid digital, social media, print, OOH, and video/CTV initiatives.

So, what do we want from you?

As mentioned, we're looking for a Digital Media Manager who will be directly responsible for media buying, campaign launches, overall Google Ads strategy, monthly client budgeting, daily optimizations, and monthly reporting for 10 core restaurant brands.

First and foremost, you'll be an exceptional Media Buyer / Ad Strategist - At Brandtailers, we treat our clients well and get them results. You will be responsible for 5-10 accounts at any given time and are expected to handle everything from setting up campaigns to ensuring digital creative is developed through our creative department in a timely manner.

You will also be responsible for ensuring our Google Ads accounts are fully optimized daily and making recommendations based on performance. You'll have a strong track record of proven digital ad results and experience in driving high-quality traffic and conversions. You will also have an intimate understanding of the digital ad world and what makes it tick.

You'll be an open communicator and actively collaborate with accounts, social media, and creative teams. You'll be open to learning and committed to the constant betterment of yourself and honing your craft. You'll be analytical and data-driven in your approach, always looking for ways to track, set benchmarks, optimize, and make informed decisions based on all available data.

Naturally, this is a highly dynamic role with massive scope and opportunity for you to grow and develop personally with the agency. If you're looking to cruise then this isn't for you. You will be highly resourceful, organized, and adaptable - there will be fires to put out and changes to make every day and you need to be on top of your game at all times.

Your role as the Digital Media Manager will include, but is not limited to, working with company clients and employees to manage the following:

  • Work with Account Managers to ensure new campaigns are launched on time
  • Set up Google Ads campaigns, GA4 events and conversions, pixels, and Tag Manager tags as needed.
  • Execution of seamless delivery of Digital marketing services offered by Brandtailers
  • Ensure conversions are set up correctly
  • Optimize Search campaign ad copy and keyword targeting daily
  • Complete detailed monthly reporting in Data Studio
  • Create and launch Google Ads campaigns
  • Work with the Account Manager to keep clients up to date on campaign details and projections

Requirements

  • 2+ years of Google Ads experience and case studies to prove it
  • Basic knowledge of DSP platforms such as The Trade Desk and Viant
  • Excellent Productivity and Prioritization skills
  • Elite communication skills - both written and verbal
  • Experience in building monthly reports that provide detailed insights/”reasons why” alongside hard numbers
  • Basic knowledge of restaurant marketing
  • Google Ads Measurement, Search, Display, and Video Certifications

Benefits

  • Two-month initial probationary period, during which both parties maintain a right to terminate without future commitments
  • 4-Day work week (10-hour days)
  • Remote work on Mondays and in-office hours Tuesday-Thursday (we are closed on Fridays, but work may be required if there are client deadlines or emergencies
  • Compensation for the initial two-month probationary period will be the same as the annual salary on W2
  • Full-time employment in a salaried position
