The company includes Searchlight Television, which develops and produces series for streaming, network, and cable partners.
- Cover in-person events, both managing logistics and capturing social content for distribution across @searchlightpics handles.
- Monitor social trends with particular focus on Searchlight titles (past and present) and how online audiences are reacting to content.
- Maintain campaign social calendar with all necessary info for in-window and upcoming campaigns.
- Manage day-to-day communication with vendors and agencies across multiple titles simultaneously.
- Work directly with all internal departments including media, publicity, distribution, print and A/V, communicating plans and reporting back to the digital team.
- Work with legal department for approvals and clearances across all digital content.
- Light-touch static and video editing via Photoshop, Premiere Pro and mobile editing software (in-app).
- Organize and maintain asset hubs for in-window campaigns via Box, Google Sheets, Airtable and Wiredrive while providing assets to external partners, international contacts and filmmakers.
- Oversee trailer and large content launches for all Searchlight releases including communication both internally and externally.
- Develop media creative with external vendors and work with external agencies to both execute and QA digital media campaigns.
- Cover creative content days and execute social ideas directly with filmmakers and talent.
- Review and provide creative notes on assets.
- High level of drive and urgency.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Moderate photo editing skills with Adobe Suite as well as quick-turn, in-app social media platform editing.
- Working with tight deadlines in high pressure situations.

- Deep knowledge of existing social media platforms and emerging platforms.
- Outstanding presentation and communication skills.
- 5+ years of Digital Marketing experience.
- Moderate video editing skills with Adobe Suite and mobile editing, including internal social platform editing tools.
- Managing large files and working across multiple projects simultaneously.
