Responsibilities
Mattioli Automotive Group (Ferrari Beverly Hills; Ferrari Westlake; Ferrari Los Angeles) is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our Team on a full-time basis. Reporting to the Marketing Director, the role is primarily responsible for the creation and maintenance of the Mattioli Automotive Group’s digital ecosystem, including and not limited to supporting the wider Marketing Team with initiatives and objectives. The individual must have strong communication and creative writing skills, be a motivated self-starter, and have the ability to work individually and as part of a team. Industry-specific experience is desired but not required. The role is based in Beverly Hills, CA and is not a remote position; applicants must be able to travel to dealerships as needed.
Digital Marketing Manager/Front-End Developer Responsibilities:
• Works with Marketing Team to design, build, and maintain our web and social media presence.
• Plans and executes all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
• Measures and reports performance of digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).
• Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
• Ensures websites are compatible and fully functioning across platforms, including laptops and smartphones.
• Identifies and implements new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing. • Collaborates with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize UX.
• Collaborates with agencies and other vendor partners.
• Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to create marketing campaigns and newsletters, both email and web.
Qualifications for Digital Marketing
• 2+ Years of professional experience in digital marketing and front-end web development. • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.
• Experience executing paid social media campaigns.
• Knowledge of video and picture editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
• Full understanding of key social media platforms; primarily but not limited to Facebook and Instagram.
• Knowledge of content management systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.
• Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
• Working knowledge of ad serving tools.
• Working knowledge of Google Analytics, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
