Jayce Grayye Consulting is seeking a Digital Marketing Operations Manager for one of our clients! Our client is the first-ever all-in-one platform designed to provide their clients with the tools, support, and resources they need to achieve unparalleled success. Their platform is specifically tailored to meet the unique needs of chiropractors, empowering them to attract more customers, retain customers longer, and scale their business with ease. Their cutting-edge system integrates seamlessly with Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and more, allowing clients to effortlessly follow up with leads and nurture them toward becoming loyal customers. Their team is comprised of 19+ people a fast-growing start-up; founded in 2022.
They are seeking a talented and experienced Digital Marketing Operations Manager to join their team. In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of their digital marketing department, ensuring that all campaigns are executed efficiently and effectively. You will work closely with their digital marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies that generate leads and increase revenue for their chiropractic clients.
As the Digital Marketing Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing Facebook and Instagram lead generation and coaching services, ensuring to provide affordable and high-quality services to the clients.
Structure & Compensation
- Independent Contractor role but seeking a long-term team member
- North American Applicants Welcome
- 1st Year OTE: $62,000 a year / 2nd Yr OTE $75,000+ USD
- Full Time & Fully Remote!
- The salary range is $60,000 USD a year + company performance bonus
Requirements

- Familiarity with Facebook and Instagram advertising platforms.
- Fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail, quality and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Experience with software like ClickUp, Zoom, Slack, Google Sheets
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a
- Experience managing budgets and tracking KPIs.
- Tech-savvy
- Candidates with an entrepreneurial spirit or who have run
- Proven track record of successfully managing digital marketing campaigns and generating leads.
- 4+ years of experience in digital marketing.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and provide insights to guide decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with clients and internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of our digital marketing department, including managing budgets, tracking KPIs, and ensuring that all campaigns are executed efficiently and effectively.
- Analyze data and provide insights to guide decision-making, and ensure that campaigns are optimized for maximum ROI.
- Collaborate with our team of digital marketing specialists to develop and implement targeted campaigns across multiple channels.
- Manage our Facebook and Instagram lead generation and coaching service, ensuring that we provide affordable and high-quality services to our clients.
- Monitor industry trends and best practices to ensure that our digital marketing strategies remain cutting-edge and effective.
- Managing ad budgets & marketing strategies for their clients
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies that generate leads and increase revenue for our chiropractic clients.
- Make sure clients are being charged monthly, for ad spend and retainers
- Raise and track issues and conflicts, remove barriers, resolve problems of medium complexity involving clients and team, and escalate to the team as needed
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our client’s needs and goals, ensuring that all campaigns are tailored to their specific needs.
