About L.A. Vibrations

Launched in August 2020, L.A. Vibrations (LAV) is the marketing agency umbrella of parent company L.A. Libations. At L.A. Vibrations, we work with new and emerging beverage brands to help launch, scale and optimize brands, covering marketing strategy, branding, ecommerce, digital, retail, trade & field marketing.


We are looking for a Director of Digital Marketing to help scale our performance marketing, CRM and social media/influencer and ecommerce teams.


Responsibilities

Digital Marketing & Campaign Building

  • Reviewing and proofreading all digital content such as social media content, email campaigns, paid advertisements, and website copy.
  • Partner with content teams to refine and deliver continuous messaging that support our brands online presence as well as our family of brands/products;
  • Partner closely with paid media counterparts to ensure programs harness the power of paid and earned media;
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the data;
  • Understand, develop and execute full funnel marketing strategies across all channels.
  • Direct and approve creative processes for all internal and external marketing collateral;
  • Develop brand and promotional digital campaigns that carry through web experience, customer communication and social channels;
  • Develop and manage team processes, tools, and documentation;
  • Build campaigns that scale customer, cross-sell and retention; across all digital channels
  • Supervising and managing all digital activities including websites, e-commerce, CRM and social media teams.
  • Developing and implementing digital advertising campaigns to increase brand awareness, website traffic, and sales.
  • Work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders in a team-oriented environment;
  • Aid in the strategy and development of ad and landing page creative;
  • Managing project staff, timelines, and budgets.
  • Meeting with the marketing and design teams to define advertising strategies and requirements.

Analytics

  • Generating and presenting digital marketing reports and analyses for feedback and tracking client KPIs
  • Ensuring the efficiency and optimization of the digital ecosystem through SEO, SEM, and SMO.
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
  • Perform ad hoc analysis to identify factors that improve performance through the lens of both customer and revenue growth;
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and overall digital marketing trends;
  • Monitoring and interpreting digital analytics.

Team & Client Management

  • Create and pitch account strategies, leading projects from conception to final execution
  • Work with teams to develop materials, coordinate activities and provide support and direction
  • Meet deadlines and project budgets
  • Establish goals and objectives for internal teams to follow
  • Maintain relationships and serve as the point of contact and liaison for clients
  • Supervise staff and projects, motivating and mentoring staff to hit goals and produce successful materials for clients, as well as providing feedback
  • Create and manage dashboard reports to measure the effectiveness of digital campaigns and client reporting
  • Create programs to drive sales for client accounts


Requirements:

  • Strong leadership and project management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in advertising, marketing, digital media, or similar
  • Excellent understanding of digital practices such as SEO, SEM, SMO, and PPC
  • Ability to manage and juggle many personality types calmly and with a positive energy;
  • Strong ability to foster teamwork and trusted leadership
  • Familiarity with all major social media networks including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, and YouTube
  • Good understanding of e-commerce and CMS platforms such as WordPress, Shopify, and Squarespace
  • Excellent attention to detail, flexible and adaptable to changes, strong troubleshooting and analytical skills;
  • Agency experience preferred
  • 4 years of experience in advertising, digital media, or similar
  • Adaptable, versatile, and the ability to keep up to date with consumer and marketing trends Excellent financial and analytic abilities
  • Must have great team building and team management skills, project management skills, and solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in digital marketing and tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and Klayvio
