Title: Digital Marketing Coordinator

THE OPPORTUNITY:

hint®, one of the fastest growing beverage companies in the market, is looking for a dynamic, eager individual to join our team as a Digital Marketing Coordinator. The job will be based in our San Francisco home office.

As the Marketing Coordinator, you will work closely with our Direct to Consumer team to ensure our E-commerce marketing and media operations run smoothly.

The ideal candidate is extremely organized, proactive, takes initiative, and is hungry to learn and contribute. This is a dynamic opportunity that will give the candidate exposure to numerous advertising initiatives and marketing channels, with potential for upward mobility.

WHAT YOU WILL ACHIEVE:

• Organize internal documents, reports, and creative assets
• Proactively improve internal processes to increase accuracy and efficiencies
• Traffic creative assets and reporting of campaign data, keeping track of campaign start and end dates, and maintaining a marketing calendar for the team
• Complete creative briefs, and working with the creative team to generate all necessary assets for marketing campaigns
• Take notes during marketing meetings to summarize and distribute to key stakeholders
• Perform day to day operational support tasks including campaign and website reporting, and analyzing A/B testing results
• Serve as a liaison between the eCommerce team, finance team, creative team and third-party vendors

WHAT YOU KNOW:

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Marketing
• Experience with project management and coordinating cross-functional teams
• 2-3 years of relevant experience/internships preferred
• Strong experience working in Excel, Power Point, and Google Suite
• Strong Analytical skills
• General knowledge of digital media ecosystem
