Coordinator, Digital Marketing

We are looking for recent grads or entry level candidates with prior exposure or heavy

interest in Entertainment and Digital Marketing.

Responsibilities will include:

• Covering for managers and supporting their clients when absent
• Participate in campaign brainstorming sessions and pitches
• Complete ad-hoc projects as warranted, including self-directed efforts
• Assist in industry research and reports
• Support managers and producers to develop and maintain social content calendars for various platforms
• Coordinate and schedule meetings; other administrative duties as required
• Stay current on the latest trends and best practices in social media and marketing
• Proofread creative before sending to client
• Perform other related duties as assigned
• Request and keep track of ongoing projects internally
• Produce small projects and campaigns under client and management direction
• Assist in facilitating the collection of digital assets from internal and external teams
• Support social and digital campaign launches for clients

Basic Requirements/Qualifications:

• Ability to work a varied schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed
• Possess excellent verbal and written communications skills, including exceptional writing and grammar, as well as knowledge of social media and online culture
• Proficient in Gmail/ G-Suite, Box
• Proven problem-solving skills and ability to think outside of the box for creative solutions
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Media, Communications or Graphic Design
• Enjoy working in fast-paced environments with timely projects
• Eager to learn all aspects of the digital landscape
• Must be proactive, detail-oriented and responsive
• Possess excellent organizational, interpersonal and time management skills
• Interest in entertainment and digital marketing
• 1-2 years experience; graphic design experience/background or experience working an internship with an advertising/media agency is a plus
• Fast internet as this role will involve some file downloading/uploading
