Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our well-established manufacturing company. As the Digital Marketing Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in executing and optimizing our digital marketing communication strategy. Your responsibilities will encompass managing various marketing automation software, developing and monitoring lead generation campaigns, overseeing social media platforms, generating insightful reports, and coordinating marketing activities. Responsibilities:

• Implement the digital marketing communication strategy through various marketing automation software.

• Collaborate in the design, development, and monitoring of email and other digital lead generation campaigns.

• Oversee and manage all social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn, ensuring regular posting, community engagement, and timely responses.

• Generate detailed reports reflecting the statistics of our digital presences to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.

• Maintain and update customer lists to ensure accurate targeting and segmentation for marketing initiatives.

• Create and maintain a comprehensive marketing calendar, outlining year-long schedules for marketing activities.

• Execute website updates and ensure content remains fresh and engaging.

• Manage the Digital Asset Management (DAM) system, ensuring all sales and marketing materials are up-to-date and easily accessible.

• Track and analyze marketing program results, providing meaningful insights to the marketing team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

• Previous experience with marketing automation software such as HubSpot, ZoomInfo, or similar, including setting up email campaigns, conducting A/B testing, and analyzing results.

• Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, tools, and tactics across various channels, including lead generation, email, social media, and web.

• At least 2 years of experience in a B2B product marketing role, preferably within the manufacturing industry.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content for various digital platforms.

• Basic design skills using tools like PowerPoint, Photoshop, and InDesign.

• Preferred but not required: Experience in SEO with an understanding of best practices and developments; familiarity with Google Analytics.

• Google Certification is considered a plus.
