Position Overview:
As a Digital Marketing Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our digital marketing efforts across various channels, with a focus on TikTok/video strategies and email marketing. You will collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute innovative campaigns, outline scripts, create content calendars, and analyze performance metrics. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate marketer who is experienced in TikTok/video strategies and email marketing, and is eager to contribute to the success of our agency and our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and Execute Digital Marketing Strategies: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies that encompass TikTok/video marketing and email marketing. Outline campaign scripts, content calendars, and project timelines to ensure seamless execution.
- TikTok/Video Marketing: Lead the agency's TikTok/video marketing initiatives, including content creation, scriptwriting, video editing, and performance tracking. Stay up to date with TikTok trends and best practices to create engaging and viral content. Continuously optimize campaigns to drive user engagement and brand awareness.
- Email Marketing: Manage and optimize email marketing campaigns from start to finish. Develop engaging email content, segment audiences, create and manage email lists, and analyze performance metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversions. Implement A/B testing strategies and automation to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Content Development: Collaborate with the content team to create compelling and shareable content for TikTok, videos, and email campaigns. Ensure that the content aligns with brand voice, objectives, and target audience. Implement SEO strategies and keyword research to enhance content discoverability.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for TikTok/video marketing and email campaigns, using tools such as TikTok analytics, email marketing platforms, and Google Analytics. Generate regular reports to assess campaign effectiveness, identify trends, and propose actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align digital marketing efforts with overall marketing strategies. Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and social media managers to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all digital channels.
- Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Stay abreast of the latest trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in TikTok/video marketing, email marketing, and digital marketing as a whole. Proactively share insights and recommendations with the team to enhance campaign strategies and drive innovation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Knowledge of SEO principles and practices is a plus.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on TikTok/video strategies and email marketing.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using TikTok, video editing software, email marketing platforms, and marketing automation tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging content and communicate ideas effectively.
- Familiarity with marketing analytics tools such as TikTok analytics, Google Analytics, and email marketing platforms' reporting features.
- Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making and optimization.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, techniques, and best practices.
