About the Role

We are seeking a visionary and driven Digital Growth Marketing Consultant to lead our company in driving exceptional growth. This role demands an innovative, hands-on marketer with a proven track record of delivering remarkable results. In this role, you will be responsible for driving growth through search/paid marketing management, SEO, and direct digital response experience. The ideal candidate should have a strong consumer marketing background and a high-energy, competitive, and highly creative mindset. Additionally, you must have an entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for building new things and delivering results.

Role responsibilities:

  • Use technical growth marketing experience to implement advanced methods such as growth hacking, data analysis, and production.
  • Hands-on development and execution of innovative and comprehensive digital marketing strategy to drive growth across multiple channels including search engines, social media, email marketing, and paid advertising.
  • Develop and execute SEO strategies to drive organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
  • Manage and optimize search engine marketing campaigns, including keyword research, ad copy creation, bid management, and performance analysis.
  • Understand modern marketing strategy and tactics, and stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies.
  • Use technology to gather and analyze data to drive business decisions.Be accountable for delivering results, regularly reporting on performance and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Foster direct digital response campaigns, including email marketing, lead generation, and conversion optimization.

What you bring to the role:

  • A go-getter with a strong entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for driving growth.
  • Strong technical skills understanding modern marketing strategy, tactics, and proficiency in growth marketing tools and platforms.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external customers.
  • Experience in copywriting and video editing for TikTok and other social media platforms with the ability to create compelling content that resonates with our target audience and drives engagement.
  • 8+ years’ of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on search/paid marketing management, SEO, and direct digital response experience.
  • Proven entrepreneurial track record of building new things and delivering results.
  • Experience in marketing restaurants: off-premises, or virtual restaurants, or ghost kitchens
$100 - $100
This is a three-month consulting role; salary dependent on experience
