DIGITAL ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

The Digital Account Executive will lead the IHC digital team on fashion, wellness, beauty & hospitality accounts. This role is focused on digital strategy, social media direction, and management, influencer relations (paid and organic), analytics and performance, brand partnerships, and creating pitch decks in response to client briefs. The successful candidate will be a well-rounded, creative, and analytical online marketer—a social media native who understands TikTok and Instagram's latest viral trends and themes. Have extensive knowledge of the digital ecosystem and be able to implement digital marketing strategies that result in increased sales. A strong passion for / knowledge of current digital trends is essential, as well as an interest in fashion and the broader cultural/social landscape (i.e., music, art, etc.), as they will be tasked with creating concepts and branded content for various platforms to drive buzz online.


Roles & Responsibilities


Digital:

  • Independently manage digital projects, working closely with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Generate and present digital marketing reports and analyses for feedback.
  • Create strategic social media & digital marketing strategies to appropriately position clients within their respective verticals while working to introduce them to new audiences with impactful direction and a vision to follow.
  • Monitor and interpret digital analytics.
  • Develop and implement digital advertising campaigns to increase brand awareness, website traffic, and sales.
  • Ensure the efficiency and optimization of the digital ecosystem through SEO, SEM, and SMO.
  • Paid Advertising (social, re-targeting, SEM, and programmatic)
  • Conduct and communicate market research for client industries to guide the marketing strategy.
  • Affiliate Marketing
  • Manage and improve online content, considering SEO best practices and Google Analytics data
  • Led the digital marketing strategy and execution for the agency, including:
  • Create promoted post and paid ads strategy for Facebook/Instagram and Google, along with best practices for the account, to be run by the IHC team
  • Email Marketing (programmatic, list segmentation, A/B testing, list growth)
  • SEO
  • Measure ROI and KPIs and prepare a budget


Social:

  • Lead on creating digital strategy alongside IHC Team, including giveaways, challenges, takeovers, testimonials, partnerships, live classes, etc.
  • Develop a tone of voice for a variety of clients' social media channels
  • Execute and manage branded content for multiple platforms, from idea to campaign deliverables, from presale to post
  • Be comfortable using various social media and influencer reporting and monitoring tools and trouble-shooting when needed
  • Define social media strategies, working alongside and managing Account Coordinator(s) to ensure inspiring content is produced on both a weekly and project basis, including the targeting and positioning of brand(s), platform selection (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube), and engagement tactics
  • Create opportunities and work to amplify content and campaigns for clients' accounts across digital networks through partnerships and syndication.
  • Provide strategic advisement based on results to clients regularly on how to improve their social platforms, to achieve their marketing goals
  • Leveraging influencer content and UGC for content
  • Responsible for creating the content calendar and engagement strategy for client accounts, for being posted and managed by the IHC team.
  • Strategize along size IHC team social media plans to build a narrative to support the announcement of significant brand moments such as major partnerships or new ambassadors


Creative & Content:

  • Have experience in managing content shoots and managing content vendors
  • Educate and train junior team on content planning and content creation
  • Have a developed eye for creative content in terms of design, aesthetics and a network of content creators that you have worked with to execute client content for photo and video shoots


Admin:

  • Research client competitors and current events relevant to the digital and luxury space
  • Support the management of client social media accounts by posting, spearheading engagement, and planning the feed as needed.
  • Daily check-ins with the team to provide updates, guidance, and next steps & growth tactics
  • Work on filling out your portion of the bi-weekly agenda with the IHC team
  • Remain ahead of all news at the intersection of fashion, lifestyle, modern wellness, design and hospitality to advise clients on new opportunities and emerging strategies
  • Support and mentor junior team members, including helping with administrative tasks where needed
  • Support Director and Vice President, where required, and weekly check-ins with senior management to provide updates on each account.
  • Support on day-to-day client management, including direct client contact, demonstrating maturity, professionalism, and client awareness
  • Be present on every bi-weekly client call to show work and content calendar in collaboration with the IHC team.
  • Create and deliver reports, both qualitative and quantitative, to demonstrate the value of programs and review and report on the effectiveness of campaigns to maximize results and provide key future learnings
  • Share best digital practices with senior leadership and propose next steps


Qualifications

  • Ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and verbal format and confidence in presenting client pitches
  • Team player who can thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and juggle multiple projects
  • National agency experience preferred
  • Minimum 4-5 years experience, mid to senior level experience working in digital marketing
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their evolution
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
  • Extremely meticulous attention to detail
  • Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools
  • Passionate about current cultural trends, social media, influencer marketing, and storytelling
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing databases, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
  • Experience in implementing and executing successful and impactful digital strategies that drove significant, measurable growth for businesses
  • Proficient in marketing research and statistical analysis
