Job Summary/Description:

Duties/Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Generate sales leads and close new business

• Sell products and services across all platforms (broadcast TV, digital, and social media)

• Provide input on sales promotion ideas

• Retain current clients and develop new business contacts

• Attain budgeted revenue goals through effective solicitations, promotions and service

• Understand the business objectives and advertising strategies of clients and find ways to help them achieve their objectives through effective advertising and fresh ideas

• Our broadcast sales area is from Lake City to Ocala and points east and west; our digital footprint is everywhere!

• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Sales experience preferred but not required

• Proven track record of closing new business and/or building customer relationships

• Great communication and people skills

• Strong organizational and written skills

• Competitive, energetic and self-starter

• Professional appearance a must
