Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner - San Marco

• Under supervision of the physician: provide initial and ongoing assessment of patient’s medical history and medical status; perform office procedures; order diagnostic tests and treatments; develop treatment plan and records progress notes; update and maintain patient chart data; provide patient and/or family education.
• Provide direct support to the physician in regard to patient care such as provide assistance in clinic, on rounds, in the OR and with call.

Position Requirements

• Must be able to work in fast paced environment.
• Must hold a valid Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner license in the State of Florida and BLS.
• Must possess effective interpersonal skills, excellent communication skills, strong clinical and evaluation skills.
• Computer proficiency, including experience with medical software and EMR
• Prior experience with ortho, pain management, spine, or sports medicine preferred.
