Responsibilities:

• Maintain confidentiality and security of all data
• Follow data entry procedures and guidelines to ensure consistency and efficiency
• Conduct regular data quality checks to ensure the integrity of the database
• Identify and resolve data discrepancies or errors
• Collaborate with team members to complete data-related tasks and projects within the deadlines
• Update and maintain accurate records of client information, inventory, or other data as required
• Enter data from various sources into the company database with speed and accuracy
• Verify the accuracy of existing data and make necessary corrections

Qualifications:

• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to spot numerical and grammatical errors
• Proven experience as a Data Entry Specialist or similar role
• Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy and speed
• Familiarity with data entry processes and best practices
• Proficient in using data entry software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets)
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in data entry or related fields are a plus
