Order Management Associate
As an Order Management Associate at our renowned company, your primary focus will be to ensure the smooth transition of processing Individual Orders. You will play a vital role in moving this responsibility from Customer Support to Order Management. This means handling essential tasks such as invoicing, processing credit requests, managing account renewals, and setting up access for new individual orders. Your dedication to precision and efficiency will be key in maintaining our high standards of service.
What We're Looking For
A minimum of 1 year of experience in Order Management, Data Entry, or a related field.
A Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required; we value practical experience and a can-do attitude.
Familiarity with Excel, Sales Force, or NetSuite would be beneficial, though not mandatory. We believe in providing the necessary training and resources to support your success.

Pay: Competitive hourly rate between $22.00 - $23.00 per hour

1 year of experience with order management systems (Preferred)
1 Year Of Data Entry Experience (Preferred)
Familiarity with Salesforce or Netsuite (Preferred)
