Key Responsibilities
Data Digitization: Collaborate with our team to collect and digitize essential data, including invoices, canceled bills, client details, and financial statements.
Efficient Organization: Maintain a meticulously organized storage system, ensuring that all data entries are not only complete but also accurate, to support our operations seamlessly.
Hard Copy Management: Safeguard hard copies of critical documents like invoices and inventory checklists, demonstrating your commitment to preserving essential records.
Data Standards Enhancement: Take the initiative to establish and enhance data entry standards, continuously updating our filing systems to elevate data quality.
Data Consistency: Work closely with our administrative staff to address any data inconsistencies, proactively locating missing information to ensure data integrity.
Issue Reporting: Monitor data quality and promptly report any significant errors to the management team, demonstrating your dedication to maintaining the highest standards.
Best Practices Adherence: Uphold the best data management practices, consistently striving for excellence, accuracy, and efficiency in your work.
Requirements
Education: A high school diploma or GED is required.
Experience: You should have a minimum of 1 year of experience as a Data Entry Specialist.
Software Proficiency: Possess excellent knowledge of data entry software, including Ninox, Kintone, and OmPrompt Order Management.
Attention to Detail: Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail, ensuring precise and error-free data handling.
Communication Skills: Exhibit effective communication skills and a strong ability to collaborate with fellow team members.
Time Management: Display solid time management skills, enabling you to efficiently prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Technical Skills: Showcase excellent typing skills and proficiency in working with Windows, Microsoft Office, and Google Suite.
Compensation
Competitive salary ranging from $17.50 - $24.92 an hour.
