Primary Skills: Data Entry, Excel, 40 WPM

Duration: 6+ Months (Possible Extension)

Contract Type: W2 Only

Location: Virtual, GA (Candidate has to go office initially for 2-3 days for training and equipment)

Pay Range: $12.24 - $13.25 per hour

Job Responsibilities

• Deliver consistent results on all assignments focusing on accuracy especially on repetitive process-oriented tasks following the guidelines provided by Operations Leadership.
• Work collaboratively with team members to assist with the processing of documentation from and to state workforce agencies in a timely manner; Ability to prioritize in real time.
• Must meet Operations processing standard goals.
• Maintain a pleasant demeanor with both internal and external clients while assisting with questions or concerns.
• Communicate consistently to the Operations leadership team and alert them of all concerns that arise. Be punctual and have outstanding attendance.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• 2-3 yrs of Data entry experience.
• Ability to learn and navigate proprietary software based on limited training and explanation.
• Looking for typing speed of 40 words per min.
• Basic Microsoft Suite experience, primarily Excel
• Candidates should be at driving distance so they can take training onsite for 2-3 days and then can work mostly from home.
